Returns & Refunds

 

We're committed to selling products you'll enjoy using from various differrent shops/stores on ga shop-online. But we appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you've bought.Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used or installed.

 

Refunds - Only available if authorised by a member of our staff & returned unused & unboxed within 7 days. The Buyer must pay for there own return of the product purchased unless duscussed with a member of our team.

Earrings, foot spas and dental products can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.

 

Handling Charge - Handling Charge of 15% may apply for any unauthorised return & items that have been opened or used will have to pay between 25-35% handling charge as this will have to be re-packaged and checked. This will have to be re-sold as customer return.

 

Customer return Items / Secondhand - These goods have no warranty and are none returnable.

 

faulty Product - All our new items are covered by 1 year guarrantee unless stated. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will do our best to repair the goods and return within the 21day deadline. if we can not repair the goods we will send out a replacement of the same product or if we do not have your product in stock we will send a similar item with the same specification.
